Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs:
Goods with a net value of over 99.00 EUR are eligible for free delivery within Germany.
For parcel delivery (for packages weighing up to 40 kg), we charge a packaging fee of 4.90 EUR (excl. VAT)/5.83 EUR (incl. VAT). Costs for deliveries outside of Germany depend on the destination and weight of the package. The buyer will be notified of these costs prior to shipping.
Shipping through forwarding company - all shipments (for all heavier shipments). We will agree the terms of delivery and delivery dates with the recipient via telephone.
